Property Design Studio is a small architectural design practice started by Nick Pitcher in Berkshire and with over 30 years experience in the residential sector can offer a range of services from new build to refurbishment.
We have an extensive working knowledge of the design process through all stages from planning to detailed design and onto the implementation on site. We provide our experienced understanding of current design, planning and sustainability issues and how these will impact on detailed designs.
Our approach
With in depth experience in housing design and construction requirements ranging from extensions or one-off dwellings to large scale, multi storey and mixed-use developments we aim to help our client through all stages of the design process from planning to detailed design and onto the implementation on site.
We endeavour to maintain consistent quality whilst meeting deadlines.

Our services
Residential Designs
We work closely with home owners and developers from their initial design brief to produce 2D or 3D drawings for home extensions, refurbishments, conversions, or one-off dwellings to large scale, multi storey and mixed use developments.
Planning Applications & Building Regulations
As an Architectural Practice in Newbury, Berkshire we produce Planning Applications and Building Regulations Applications consisting of the relevant forms and drawings.
Working Drawings
We use the latest computer software to produce accurate working drawings together with hand drawn planning drawings.
I would highly recommend Nick Pitcher if you are looking for an architect. We had a very tight schedule as we were trying to get building work done before the arrival of our second child. Nick understood exactly what we wanted to get out of our extension and suggested a couple of ideas before we decided on the final design. He kept in contact throughout the process of applying for planning permission and building control consent. We also had many positive comments from builders quoting for our project on the quality and details of his drawings. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
