Nick was responsible for the working drawings and building regulations approval for this development. He also obtained planning permission for an extension to the clubhouse in 2014.
Bramshott Place Village is a luxury retirement scheme for the over 55’s and comprises over 150 bedroom cottages and apartments and a large clubhouse with a restaurant, swimming pool and gym, bar, meeting rooms and snooker room. The development is situated on a former derelict hospital site and has the benefit of a large retained meadow to the front. The design of the village integrates the historical assets with new buildings, developed fronting, the retained Meadow and the other historic features as much as possible to create distinct character areas.
