A contemporary yet sustainable mews development built within a conservation area on a brownfield site and only a short walk from Winchester city centre. The development comprises a total of 8 one, two and three bedroom dwellings. The two bedroom maisonettes to the rear of the development benefit from an open plan living space on the second floor with a terrace offering panoramic views of the city and beyond to the south-east. This project saw the effective transformation of a disused pump station site into attractive and sought after new homes.
